Open and Use Internet Explorer with the gold ring around the e


alt + X


go to internet options on the menu


to the security TAB on the top


trusted sites select the GREEEN check


hit the sites BUTTON


add this website to the zone:


Type in https://*.sharepoint.com


hit ADD


hit close


go to custom level


scroll to the bottom to user authentication


and choose Automatic logon with current user name and password


hit OK and then YES and OK


hit the windows key + R on the keyboard


type services.msc  hit OK


scroll down to the W


look for WebClient right click it and go to properties


change the start up type to AUTOMATIC


hit OK


NOW go to back to


Internet Explorer


https:\\portal.office.com


sign in and CHECK off Keep me signed in


hit OneDrive


choose


Return to classic OneDrive which is lower left


Hit the cog wheel up top on the right by the bell and your picture


Show ribbon


Hit Library upper left


Open with explorer across the ribbon on the top that just opened


Click the white space just past the address and Copy the address in the explorer window


Hit THIS PC down the left side of this same window


Then hit the computer tab on the top


Then select map drive network drive


You can select a drive letter maybe O: for one drive


Then paste the address in the folder spot


Then right click the O: and rename it to OneDrive or whatever you like


If you have a red X on it and it doesn’t work simply go to Internet Explorer and sign in make sure you click on the keep me signed in and then go to the OneDrive in your apps and it should simply work again. Just wants to make sure you are you are who you are.
